United World Mission established Dakar Academy in 1961 as a college preparatory, co-educational boarding, and day school program. Today, Dakar Academy has approximately 200 students in its academic program, with around 40 students in boarding. The school is located on a six-acre campus in a quiet, residential area of Dakar, the capital city of Senegal. The teachers and staff make a difference by providing quality education to missionary kids, which allows these families to remain on the field in largely unreached areas of the surrounding nations.
While needs vary from year to year, they are always looking for excellent, qualified teachers and staff. If you would love to serve missionary families through education at Dakar Academy, please view their current opportunities here.
