Theological Education Initiative (TEI)
We shape emerging Christian leaders by embedding missional scholars in the faculties of theological communities around the world. If you are called to a ministry of teaching, mentoring, and research in a seminary setting, we’d love to talk with you!
Non-Formal Training
We equip church planters, pastors and disciple-makers in non-formal ways. They need training where they are, just-in-time, on the job. God can use your experience to disciple, teach, and mentor others in ways that encourage them in the ministry. We can help you learn how.
Spiritual Formation of Leaders
We equip leaders to walk with God and serve in the way of Jesus. If you feel called to spiritual formation ministry — leading retreats, providing spiritual direction, equipping others in spiritual disciplines — we’d love to talk with you!
Missional Communities
We equip leaders in missional communities. Biblical discipleship, leadership, and church require life in community. We are learning to form emerging leaders in intentional missional communities that combine spiritual formation with mission practice alongside national partners.

Cross-Cultural Training
We equip missionaries through our Center for Intercultural Training (CIT) ministry. Training is delivered at our learning center in North Carolina as well as globally through on-line and modular courses. If you have cross-cultural experience and desire to help equip cross-cultural workers we would love to talk with you.
GR2 – Global Reach, Global Response
There are more than 3 billion people around the globe who have not heard the Gospel. The American church alone cannot reach them. In fact, God never meant it to be that way. Instead, He calls each of us to serve where He leads. We have launched the GR2 project to mobilize people from everywhere to everywhere.
