2022 Year-End Giving

Support Your Missionary

Prayerfully consider sending your missionary a special gift this holiday season!

Double Your Gift Through a Special Matching Grant!

We are excited to share an opportunity for you to double your gift to the Year-End Fund and contribute to this vision through a special matching grant from our UWM Board of Directors, dollar-for-dollar up to $50,000! Your gift will advance the work and our vision of seeing flourishing churches and ministry leaders embodying Jesus’ love for the world and for every person. We work towards this vision by equipping servant leaders with the Church globally. Below are just three examples:

  • Facilitating Partnerships among seminaries and churches so that they collaborate to equip ministry leaders in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Europe.
  • Raising up, training, and supporting 400+ missionaries who serve with partners in over 50 countries equipping local believers by modeling and mentoring as they help plant churches and show Christ’s compassion.
  • Training young adults (i.e., “Millennials” & “Gen Z”) in immersive communities in Mexico, Spain, and Thailand to prepare them for a lifetime of missional service.

Would you prayerfully consider a special contribution to the UWM Year-End Fund in addition to your missionary’s support?

Partnering with United World Mission

United World Mission was born when a group of churches united in 1946 to do world mission together. Among their first ministries, they launched a Bible school in Cuba to train Cubans as pastors. This DNA of ministry equipping can be found throughout our 75-year history—as the health of the Church and its mission depends upon the quality of its leaders.
Whether serving the poor and vulnerable, nurturing new church communities, or shaping the lives of leaders, we aim always to form the next generation of Christian servants from among the nations.
The vision that compels our work is to see a flourishing church, with well-equipped leaders, serving every city and neighborhood of the world.

Partnering with Overseas Council

The Overseas Council ministry focuses on formal and non-formal types of training, especially by partnering with seminaries globally. Our team of OC Regional Directors strengthens existing programs and fosters innovation to bring theological education to those outside the reach of present programs.
