Administrative Liaison

Avance is a missions immersion program which provides an opportunity for college age and post-college age adults to explore their calling in cross-cultural ministries. Participants live with a Mexican host family, serve in local ministries under local leadership, and learn Spanish with national teachers. Participants take part in cross-cultural ministry training and spiritual formation processes to go deeper in their walks with Christ.

Do you have a knack for administration and a heart for cross-cultural ministry? Avance is looking for an administrative liaison. You will be responsible for the administration, accounting, and ministerial relations for the program. You will provide communication support for all the staff including preparing and editing documents and emails, responding to phone calls, and overseeing the visa acquisition for YearOut participants. Additionally, you will be responsible for expense reports, banking transactions, and visits to ministry partners.
