Global Leadership Challenge
| Since 1946, United World Mission has been working to equip leaders, establish churches, and engage in ministries that are the hands and feet of Jesus in a hurting world.
Today, our work confronts an enormous challenge in the global Church today. We call it the Global Leadership Challenge: the crying need for more well-equipped and thriving leaders. In response, we train trainers to multiply leaders. Whether formally in seminaries, non-formally in local churches, or informally in communities, we equip others to grow in their relationship with God and serve effectively in their ministry calling. Our commitment is to EQUIP, ENCOURAGE and MULTIPLY the many dedicated leaders in the global Church for Jesus’ mission in their contexts and beyond.
