Costa Rica: Roblealto – First Miracle of 2020

Donate

For the past 16 years, Roblealto has held an agreement of collaboration with Costa Rican’s National Child Welfare Institution (PANI). PANI, the entity responsible in matters of childhood welfare, provides a monthly subsidy for every Roblealto child. Such subsidy is transferred at the beginning of every month to help cover some expenses. However, due to new PANI regulations, we have been notified that exclusively for the month of January 2020, they won’t be transferring funds to any non-profit organization they provide subsidy payments until the following month.

“I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.” Psalm 121:1

For the past 87 years, the Lord has made it clear to believers and non-believers that He is the One sustaining Roblealto, its 900 children and their families. The growth Roblealto has had, the impact on its beneficiary population, and the ripple effect in the communities where the Roblealto families live, speaks volumes of how much can be accomplished when God and His Word are the foundation of any social work.

We believe this Government adjustment will serve as a way to witness to others the power of God to provide what is needed to maintain our open doors in January 2020. Also, as a testimony to the Roblealto staff that there is nothing He cannot do; so they are encouraged and reinforced in the fact that our Lord can transform any child or family situation, regardless of how difficult it seems to be.

We would love to have your support in prayer and also, humbly ask you to consider donating to what we have called the “First Miracle of 2020” fund. Every dollar counts. Attached to this bulletin you will find a slip you can send to our partner, United World Mission, in North Carolina. Your donation will be tax exempt.

Thank you in advance for your support! We are hopeful God will open the floodgates of Heaven once again, writing another glorious chapter in the Roblealto story.
