| I was born and raised in a Christian environment surrounded by service opportunities and even though I made the decision to follow Christ at the age of 8, I always questioned what my purpose in life was. I was looking everywhere for an answer that would satisfy my desire to help others. When I turned 18, the Lord showed me that He had a plan and a purpose for my life, one that surpassed my understanding. Knowing this truth awakened in me the desire to know more about God, my design, passions and calling.
Today I know that my mission is to spread the gospel through community work in poor urban communities in Africa. In order to fulfill my calling, it is necessary that I complete a three-month internship period in the Philippines. During this time of training and service, I’ll have the opportunity to learn more about God’s heart for those in poverty as well as learn how to live in an impoverished urban community. |

- Please pray for the Lord to consolidate the ministerial project in Africa in the long term.
- Please pray for the Lord to move the hearts of potential partners to raise enough funds to continue serving long term.
- Please pray for wisdom and guidance from God in my short-term project in the Philippine.
