Mark and Annemarie equip church leaders to take up the mandate of making disciples of the nations. This is accomplished through training workshops, seminars and teaching courses in several institutions in the area.

Annemarie and Mark have recently developed a Training of Trainers (ToT) course to raise up more trainers and strengthen leadership capacity within the church of Africa. The Dyes have recently added the role of coordinating UWM ministries in the East Africa region.
