We are serving in Cuba with Los Pinos Nuevos, Convention of Cuban Evangelical Churches.

We have served in Latin America for 25 years. In 2013 my wife, Barbi, and I started a ministry called The Caribbean Initiative. Working together with various evangelical denominations and ministries that seek to equip and empower their leadership, our ministry provides contextualized biblical education to evangelical leaders across the island of Cuba. Our vision is to train key leaders who are God-delighting servants and who will in turn equip other Cuban pastors and church leaders to be the same.

Prayer Requests:

• Please pray for the church in Cuba; they face many challenges.
• Please pray for us that the Lord will give us wisdom as we lead The Caribbean Initiative in a county that is rapidly changing.
• Please pray that the end that we see – adequately equipped pastors and church leaders – will become a reality through our efforts.
• Please pray for adequate funding of the program.
