We serve on loan to Reach Beyond, which use to be HCJB Global, in Quito, Ecuador. I direct Reach Beyond’s missionary training center (Corrientes), which focuses on Latin American bi-vocational cross-cultural missionaries.

I also provides pastoral and family counseling through live radio programs and to the listeners who come to the radio station seeking counseling.

My wife, Rebecca facilitates a group for Ecuadorian doctors, nurses, and other professionals who are interested in missions and individually mentors some of them. She also helps set up effective individualized internships for Latin American missionary candidates and coordinates mentoring. We also are involved in mentoring tribal missionary associations in Ecuador, Peru and Brazil.
