Missionary Candidate Trainer

Located in Quito, Ecuador, ENCAMINA International is a Bible and Missions Training Center, whose purpose is to prepare and equip people who seek to reach all people groups, especially those located in the 10/40 window. ENCAMINA offers workshops and training to help mobilize churches and individuals for global missions.

As the Missionary Candidate Trainer, you will participate in the facilitation, training and equipping of missionary candidates to reach people groups around the world. You will equip candidates to form global disciples, who are trained and equipped to plant house churches among all people groups, especially the 7,000 unreached people groups within the 10/40 window.

Qualifications for this position include: A minimum of 2 years of formal theological training, ideally in in cross-cultural missions. 2-5 years of ministry experience in church planting and missions. Willingness to learn Spanish.
