Computer Technology and Training Worker

Shelter of Hope and Excellence Foundation (Shelter of Hope) is a registered Tanzanian non-government, non-profit organization. At the heart of Shelter of Hope is Siha Leadership Academy, a private Christian school committed to academic and spiritual excellence. Many of the students are from the rural poor living in the local community. Shelter of Hope partners with a USA-based church and a child sponsorship program.

 As a Computer Technology and Training Worker, you will oversee the school’s computer labs, conduct technical training and direct all technology initiatives within the project.

Candidate must have: 1) A degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Technology or related field of study. 2+ years of work experience a plus. 2) Interest in motivating and developing the skills of others. 3) Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact and work well with a broad range of stakeholders within the community from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
