Leaders from every part of the world say their #1 need is leadership-training.
Present models are struggling to provide Christian leaders with the character and competencies for today’s challenges. East Mountain was formed out of response to this need and is dedicated to developing Christian leaders in the areas of spiritual formation, theological education, and practical leadership skills for global mission service.
East Mountain’s Leaderships Development program has 2 main distinctives:
- Learning in a multicultural biblical community.
- Offering practical ministry and biblical reflection on your experience with mentors.
The East Mountain Experience
