Avance enlivens young adults, aged 18-29, to participate in God’s transformation of the world by equipping Christ-like leaders through cross-cultural engagement, holistic mission, and spiritual formation alongside national churches and ministries.

With my time in Mexico working with Avance, despite my weaknesses and fear, God has worked powerfully in my life and in the lives of those who I have served, who served alongside, and even those who I have lived with, in Mexico City. Christ is doing great works of restoration and reconciliation here, and He has chosen to invite us along Him in this work. How could I not stay where God has invited me?"
