Church growth in Panama has been significant in numbers, but biblical forms of leadership, spirituality, and holistic outreach are needed. There is a great need for theological education, nonformal ministry-training, and cross-cultural missionary-training as well as compassionate outreach to meet the social needs of Panamanian communities.

Instituto Panamericano (IPA) is a national bilingual school in Panama that has offered a Christian education to Spanish-speaking students for over 100 years. They seek to evangelize and disciple their 4,000 students while offering excellent academic preparation. IPA needs teachers and staff for a variety of grades and subjects each year.
