Danish churches collaborating together have started a ministry called KIT to welcome their new neighbors and to share Christ with them in word and deed. KIT focuses on addressing the needs of refugees, building bridges with local Danish churches as well as leadership development of migrant leaders. One of their programs is a series of summer camps, offered to each people group (Persians, Eritreans, and Syrians) living all over the country to come together to share life and learn about Jesus.
Do you have a heart for unreached peoples and camping ministries? KIT is looking for workers for their refugee summer camps. Come serve under national leaders and build relationships with refugees. Experience the refugees’ food, dance and music while talking them through cultural transitions. Organize sports and activities to build community. Take part in English conversation groups.
