AMIN (Arbeitskreis Migration & Integration Network) is a nationwide network that coordinates migrant and refugee ministries for the German Evangelical Alliance. Founded in 1975, AMIN currently has 32 teams in various cities across Germany. They are looking to receive long and short-term workers to help them reach the floods of immigrants and refugees pouring into the country.
Do you have a heart for refugees and mobilizing the church? Work alongside national leaders in a city-wide network to mobilize churches for ministry among migrant peoples. Participate in hands-on ministry in the refugee camps, teaching English and assisting with resettlement. Develop relationships between ethnic/migrant and German churches. Host volunteer teams and help coordinate regional training events for AMIN teams. Design resources for equipping churches for cross-cultural ministry, prayer, and intercession.
