East Mountain, UWM’s principal ministry in South Africa, is an intentional community in Cape Town, dedicated to developing Christian leaders for global missional service. Programs seek to integrate development of leaders in the areas of spiritual formation, theological education, and practical leadership skills.

Do you have a passion for disciple making movements and strong administrative and leadership gifts? East Mountain South Africa is looking for an Operations Director to provide vision, direction, and management in all matters pertaining to operations including: HR, Business support and sustainability opportunities, Finance, Office Support, and IT. You would work closely with the Leadership Team for the overall benefit of the organization and provide strategy oversight, accountability, and support to programs and staff under your leadership.
