Church growth in Costa Rica has been significant in numbers, but biblical forms of leadership, spirituality, and holistic outreach are weak. There is a great need for theological education, nonformal ministry-training, and cross-cultural missionary-training as well as compassionate outreach to meet the social needs of Costa Rican communities.

EduTecnologia is an organization in San Jose that provides professional services in education, technology, and digital resources as an outreach to share the Gospel and see lives transformed. We are looking for IT and programming professionals to build websites, provide training, and consult on special projects with EduTecnologia. There are also opportunities to help with educational and community development programs such as technological-trainings, certification programs, and computer labs in schools and the community.
