Su Refugio Paraguay is a ministry in the small town of Tobati, Paraguay, that provides a refuge for abused and neglected children. Their goal is to be a living example of James 1:27: caring for orphans and widows in their distress. Currently, they have 18 girls living here (placed with them under a court order) and hold training classes for women (at no charge), teaching them how to make things from home, while caring for their children, to sell for profit and help sustain their family.
Do you have educational and administrative skills? Su Refugio is looking for a Director of Education to help run a government approved program that helps the girls of Su Refugio raise their education level to the proper grade. Help advance this program and serve as a part-time teacher. Disciple the girls and their caretakers. Teach English as a second language or computer classes for the girls and others in the community. Work with special needs children and their teachers.
