Sunny Miami is a vibrant city full of bright colors, loud sounds, and picturesque, tropical beaches. However, like so many other places, its beauty gilds a deeper darkness. South Florida ranks third in the nation as a destination for trafficking victims because of the region’s dependence on tourism and agriculture. Every year a steady stream of trafficking victims pour into the city and trapped into forced labor and prostitution. They desperately need a way out of their physical and spiritual bondage.
