Ivan & Wendy D.
Wendy currently serves as UWM’s Director of Global Mobilization to help recruit, train and send missionaries from all the world to all the world, and she also serves as the Mobilization Director of the Unidos en Mision office in Mexico City with a team of Mexican mobilizers. Both she and Ivan serve in Mexico City with their local church and they also opened a retreat home in Tequisquiapan, Queretaro (2.5 hours N of Mexico City) called “Casa de la Vid” (Home of the Vine) to provide spiritual retreats for pastors, missionaries and ministry leaders.
We love hosting guests and providing a place of rest, renewal and refreshment to help ministry leaders serve long-term. Our desire is to serve others well and bless the nations. We enjoy hosting guests, exploring new places together, and connecting people to God’s work around the world. Nuestra casa es su casa (Our home is your home) when you want to visit Mexico!
Prayer Requests:
- Pray for a strong marriage that would bless the nations.
- Pray for God to raise up more missionaries from all the world to serve cross-culturally, especially among the unreached, as well as the supporting churches and sending structures to sustain the work.
- Pray for His Spirit of wisdom, grace, discernment and love to bless pastors, missionaries and ministry leaders in need of rest and renewal in the Lord.
