Missionaries
Jennifer Coshow McInnis
I work as a mobilizer and training lead at UWM’s home office in Charlotte, NC.
I love being able to walk with people through their calling into missions, help them to find a good fit with one of our opportunities and watch them grow as they go through the various fears and joys of becoming a cross-cultural worker. I also walk with them through the application process and lead the interview teams as we consider appointing new missionaries.
An added bonus is that I get to connect with all of our missionaries in Europe and Mexico and visit them from time to time. It’s very helpful to learn firsthand of their vision for their city/country, to meet their national partners as well as to experience what life is like in each place.
Pray Requests:
- Please pray for more people to go and serve in Europe and Mexico.
- Please pray for our team, that we would continue to grow and work well together to mobilize people to engage our world.
